The Formax FlashCard Business Card Cutter is a high-quality, economical solution for short-run production of full-bleed business cards postcards, photos, and more. Its rugged, compact design allows users to cut cards on demand, up to 144 business cards per minute.

Featuring an intuitive LCD display, it’s easy for operators to use pre-programmed job settings or create and save their own custom cuts. The FlashCard is programmed with 5 jobs to process printed sheets from 8.5” x 11” up to 8.5” x 14”. The infeed tray holds up to 40 sheets at a time, up to 200gsm, and can accommodate paper weights up to 350gsm/130# cover.

Using an automatic friction-feed system, the FlashCard has the ability to cut coated and uncoated paper, laminated sheets, and card stock. Its precision cutting blade is self-sharpening and accurate up to 0.1mm. Users can also choose to enhance accuracy by using the built-in register mark reader.

The FlashCard comes with a standard 3.5” cutting cassette to produce 10-up 2” x 3.5” business cards. Optional interchangeable cutting cassettes are available to produce various sizes including 5” x 7” cards, 4.25” x 8” postcards, 3.5” x 10” menu cards, gift tags, personal stationery, mailers, and more.

The Formax FlashCard XL Business Card Cutter is a large format, high-quality solution for short-run production of full-bleed business cards postcards, photos, and more. Its rugged and intuitive design allows users to cut cards on demand at up to 230 business cards per minute.

Featuring a user-friendly LCD display, it’s easy for operators to choose one of 6 pre-set jobs or enter and save up to 10 custom cuts. The FlashCard XL is pre-programmed to process 12” x 18” and 13” x 19” printed sheets. The infeed tray holds up to forty 200gsm sheets at a time, and can accommodate paper weights up to 350gsm / 130# cover. The optional cabinet with wastebin is ideal for users with increased volume, and features casters for easy movement and storage.

The Atlas-TRIO15 is a revolutionary solution for digital print finishing, allowing users to slit, cut, and crease in a single pass. It’s ideal for high-speed creasing and production of a wide range of jobs including business cards, postcards, brochures, booklet covers, greeting cards and more.

The Atlas-TRIO15 uses an upper-belt tri-suction feeding system, and a feed table which automatically elevates, giving it the ability to process sheets up to 13″ W x 27.5″ L, in weights from 120-350gsm. The 4″ touchscreen control panel provides three modes for various job requirements: Preset, for the most common formats and sizes, Manual, which modifies the preset jobs, and Flex mode for the greatest customization. It also stores up to 150 custom jobs, for quick and easy recall.

Production speeds vary based on media size and finished output: up to 250 business cards in under 2 minutes, single-crease jobs up to 5,000/hour. Standard features include double-feed detection, cut-mark registration, side alignment guide, skew adjustment and two standard slitting guides. Custom slitting guides are also available.
