The ColorMax9 Digital Color Printer is the latest solution for short-run inkjet printing. It offers full-color 1200 x 1200 dpi dynamic data and graphics printing on envelopes and a variety of mailing and packaging materials.

Driven by an intelligent synchronized feeder and registration system, the ColorMax9 reliably produces accurate landscape prints to maximize output capability. Featuring durable, water-resistant HP pigment-based ink, the system is designed to handle variable data and full-color graphics in a single pass.

The ColorMax9 utilizes vibrant pigment-based ink which resists fading, scratches, and water damage. The wide, print area and digital thickness control allow for media applications up to 1/2” thick and 15” wide, including stuffed envelopes, kraft paper bags, chip board and more. It has the capacity to print up to 10,000 #10 envelopes per hour.

Its intuitive 7” color touchscreen provides control over the entire process including image preview, system status, and access to up to 64 GB of stored print jobs.

Utilizing HP thermal inkjet technology, it features a long-life stationary print head with 59,000+ nozzles and integrated cleaning/capping. This allows for printing on pre-printed and windowed envelopes, and its high-capacity ink tanks are easily accessible from the front of the printer.

The ColorMax9 is available in three configurations with options including a 3-foot output conveyor, sturdy workbench, and the CCS9 Command Station featuring a free-standing workstation, PC, and 32” curved monitor.

The ColorMax 7 produces full-color CMYK output, up to 16.8 million colors, on a variety of paper stocks and sizes, with full-bleed capability on media up to 8.5” wide. It can print 1600 x 1600 dpi at 6 inches per second, and 1600 x 800 dpi at 12 inches per second.
